Since our products are handmade with care by skilled artisans, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or craftsmanship. These artistic touches are part of the character and charm of handmade products.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7–10 days of delivery for eligible products.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.

Handmade Products

Please note that all our products are handmade, so minor variations and natural imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects and make each piece unique.
